Against the backdrop of the accelerated advancement of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, on April 15th, Dongjing Artificial Fur (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., as a sustainable material innovation enterprise, was invited to attend the full-day seminar on "Production Decarbonization" held by the H&M China Sustainable Development Project Team at the H&M Shanghai office. Three representatives from Dongjing Group, namely Vice President Li Minghao, Vice President Xue Shulong, and Minister Chen Mingchang, attended the event.
Focus on cutting-edge topics and jointly explore low-carbon and energy-saving issues.
This seminar delved deeply into key issues regarding the decarbonization of industrial production. The content mainly covered solutions and cases of heat recovery, electrification technologies, energy-saving opportunities in continuous water washing, supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing technology, management of RO equipment to enhance reuse rates, and energy-saving additives for chemical fiber fabrics.
In the theme of heat recovery solutions and cases, it mainly shared how to achieve efficient recovery and reuse of waste heat in the production process through innovative technologies, providing new ideas for reducing energy consumption. The electrification technology section focused on how to use electrification methods to promote green changes in production processes and reduce reliance on traditional energy. In the discussion of continuous water washing energy-saving opportunities, the focus was on optimizing water washing processes and improving equipment energy efficiency. As a cutting-edge technology in green dyeing and finishing, supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing technology attracted much attention for its environmentally friendly and efficient characteristics, bringing new hope for the sustainable development of the dyeing and finishing process in the fashion industry. The topics of RO equipment reuse rate management and energy-saving additives for chemical fiber fabrics also provided specific technical paths and solutions for low-carbon production in the fashion industry from different perspectives. Chemical fiber fabrics, as an important component of the fashion industry, the energy-saving and emission reduction in their production process cannot be ignored either. The seminar focused on the research and application of energy-saving additives for chemical fiber fabrics, sharing new technologies for achieving energy-saving and emission reduction in fabric production by adding environmentally friendly additives.
The successful conclusion of this symposium has successfully established an efficient communication bridge for enterprises along the industrial chain. Not only has it provided a valuable opportunity for the participants to deeply exchange practical experiences in decarbonization of production, but also through technical discussions and case sharing, it has promoted the cross-enterprise circulation of innovative achievements such as energy-saving technologies and energy conservation processes, injecting strong impetus into the construction of a low-carbon, circular and sustainable industrial ecosystem.
Finally, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to H&M Company. We look forward to having more opportunities for in-depth cooperation with H&M Company in the future. Together, we will forge ahead on the path of green development and contribute more to the sustainable development of the industry, achieving the beautiful vision of mutual benefit and win-win results.
