To enhance the safety awareness of enterprises and improve the emergency response capabilities of employees, Dongjing Group invited Senior Instructor Wang and Captain Tang from the Qianwan New Area Fire Rescue Brigade on April 18th to conduct a fire safety training session for our company. Through a dual-track model of "knowledge empowerment + scenario simulation", we aimed to fasten the "safety belt" of production safety for all employees. At the beginning of the event, Instructor Wang, with her rich professional knowledge and practical experience, delivered a highly meaningful fire safety lecture to our company's employees. She elaborated on the causes, hazards, and preventive measures of fires, and through real and shocking fire cases, made the employees deeply aware of the ruthlessness of fires and the importance of fire safety.

During the lecture, Instructor Wang emphasized common fire hazards in daily work, such as aging wires, improper use of electrical appliances, improper storage of flammable materials, and safety risks associated with electric vehicle charging. She also educated the employees on the correct process and precautions for fire alarms, ensuring that they can report fires promptly and accurately in case of an emergency, thus saving precious time for fire rescue. Finally, Instructor Wang emphasized the concept that "prevention is better than rescue" and carefully explained the knowledge of initial fire suppression, evacuation and escape route planning, and the proper use of fire facilities. She pointed out: "It is necessary to establish a fire safety awareness among all employees and integrate safety regulations into daily operations."

After the fire safety knowledge explanation was completed, Assistant Tang led the employees to conduct escape and fire extinguishing drills. First, Assistant Tang emphasized the precautions for escape. Then, a series of urgent alarm sounds rang out, and the escape drill officially began. We simulated a fire scene, with thick smoke billowing. The employees reacted quickly, covering their mouths and noses with wet towels and bending over in low posture, evacuating in an orderly manner along the pre-determined evacuation routes. During the evacuation process, the employees were focused and quick, and no congestion or trampling occurred. After reaching the safe area, everyone lined up neatly to count the number of people and ensure that no one was missed.

Then, the employees gathered in an open area. After all the preparations were made, Teacher Wang detailedly introduced the types, application scope and usage methods of fire extinguishers. The employees watched Teacher Wang's demonstration operation carefully. After that, everyone took turns to participate, experiencing the fire extinguishing process personally. As white smoke rose, the simulated fire source was successfully extinguished. Through this fire extinguishing drill, the employees not only mastered the usage methods of fire extinguishers, but also enhanced their confidence and ability to deal with fires.

With the successful conclusion of the drill, the safety management of Dongjing Group has opened a new chapter. Finally, we sincerely thank Teacher Wang from the Xiangwan New District Fire Rescue Brigade for the professional training and Assistant Tang for  training , as well as the active participation of all employees.
