1.Structural characteristics of artificial fur fabric
The base fabric of knitted artificial fur has a coil structure, and the fluff fibers form a "U" shape, which is arranged perpendicular to the base fabric or at a certain angle, and has a strong three-dimensional sense. Most of the raw materials for fluff are acrylic, polyester and wool. According to the different fluff styles of the product, different specifications of short fibers are used for knitting to achieve the fluff effect required in the design. There are two common knitting methods for knitting: top feeding knitting and down yarn feeding knitting. The former can save the spinning process and directly knit, the latter can not use thick fiber. Knitted artificial fur products have many varieties and are also widely used, such as clothing, shoes and hats, gloves, carpets and children's toys. Generally can be divided into five categories, that is, imitation animal down fur, plain shear down fur, plush down fur, rolling ball down fur and toy down fur.

2. The printing process
Before the printing of knitted artificial fur, according to the production process of artificial fur, the dyeing of loose fibers and the making of wool and the making of knitting are carried out. Then the printing production process is carried out: fabric finishing, pattern design, screen making, printing color paste deployment, printing, steaming and retreating process, and technical pulp, drying and finishing.
