To strengthen the responsibility for safety production, rectify the electrical safety hazards in the group, fill the gaps in safety management, and enhance the ability of management personnel to identify risks and handle emergencies, on the afternoon of May 22nd, Dongjing Group specially invited an engineer from Hangpei Safety Education and Training Center of Baowan New District to conduct a special training on electrical safety, in order to build a solid safety production defense line for the enterprise.

This training focused on the electrical safety hazards in the production and living areas of the group. Mr. Shen from Hangpo Company gave a detailed explanation. Members of the General Manager's Office, including Lu Changbin, Xue Shulong and Li Minghao, listened attentively throughout the session. All department managers participated in the learning.

At the beginning of the training, Mr. Shen conducted a detailed analysis based on the recent hidden danger investigation data of the group: The cumulative electrical hazards in the production area account for a relatively high proportion, which is the top priority in current safety management. He clearly pointed out the necessity and urgency of this special safety training, and sounded the alarm for all employees about safety.

The content of this training is closely related to actual production. It focuses on explaining the three most common types of accidents: electric shock accidents, electrical equipment accidents, and electrical fire accidents. It distinguishes the differences in risks among various forms of electric shock and popularizes the harm of current to the human body. This enables the trainees to accurately master the identification of electrical risks and basic protection skills. At the same time, Mr. Shen, based on multiple real electrical safety accident cases, conducted in-depth analysis and review, identified the hazards of hidden safety risks, and warned all personnel to avoid the mentality of taking risks.

At the end of the training, General Manager Lu Changbin delivered a speech on safety production. Mr. Lu emphasized that, based on the current situation of the hazard investigation, electrical safety hazards are the core weakness and key risk points in the current safety production of the group. All management personnel must be vigilant, abandon the mentality of taking risks, strictly adhere to the concept of "safety first, prevention foremost, full responsibility of all personnel, and full process control", and resolutely prevent the idea of prioritizing production over safety.

Regarding the subsequent safety production work, specific requirements have been put forward: Each department should implement training at all levels. From the department to the workshop and team, the content of this training should be promptly disseminated to ensure that employees understand what are the safety hazards and how to eliminate them. We must promptly rectify electrical hazards in a closed-loop manner, assign responsibilities, and complete the rectification within a deadline. It is required that the personnel of the equipment department and external contractors install equipment in a standardized manner, ensure that the grounding and zeroing of electrical equipment are carried out properly, and prevent risks from the source. The accountability system for safety accidents must be strictly implemented, and the red line of safety production must be strictly adhered to.

In the future, the group will continue to maintain a high level of vigilance regarding safety. It will regularly carry out safety training and safety inspections, further strengthen safety responsibilities at all levels, strictly and meticulously adhere to the bottom line of safe production, and comprehensively build a solid safety barrier for the enterprise.
