Green production is the core driving force for sustainable development of enterprises and a key path for the fashion industry to achieve low-carbon transformation. During this visit, Mr. You and his team conducted a special energy conservation project, which included the completion acceptance of the thermal energy recovery and energy-saving equipment update project in the Group's dyeing department, and an in-depth investigation of the process flow, equipment energy efficiency, and the matching of pipe diameter, head, and motor in the Group's sewage treatment station. This visit laid a solid foundation for subsequent energy conservation and consumption reduction improvement work and injected new energy into the deepening of green cooperation between both parties.

On the 12th, under the guidance of the Group's technical backbone, Mr. You inspected the dyeing workshop in detail and carried out a thorough acceptance of the thermal energy recovery and energy-saving equipment update project. As a key project of the Group's green production practice, this project involved multiple critical energy-saving renovations, each of which reflected the dedication and efforts of the technical team:
- Motor replacement: Replacing high-energy-consuming YE1 type motors with energy-saving YE4 type motors and ordinary asynchronous motors with permanent magnet energy-saving motors to reduce energy consumption from the source of core equipment and improve energy conversion efficiency.
- Overflow tank upgrade: Phasing out old and high-energy-consuming overflow tanks and replacing them with new equipment that saves water and energy while effectively increasing dyeing output and stability, achieving a win-win situation of environmental protection and efficiency.
- Insulation project implementation: Professional insulation repair of steam distribution cylinders and dyeing tank heat pipes, and spraying high-efficiency insulation layers on overflow dyeing tanks and fiber dispersion tanks to significantly reduce heat loss.
- Optimization of the drainage system: Comprehensive inspection and maintenance of steam traps to ensure only water is drained without air, and insulation treatment of exposed pipes to further reduce steam loss.
- Activation of hot water circulation: Installation of a hot water circulation system by adding high-temperature and low-temperature water tanks and pipes to achieve the recycling of cooling water and continuous reduction of energy consumption.

During the acceptance process, Mr. You carefully checked the equipment operation data and observed the production process on-site, giving a favorable evaluation of the project's implementation quality and energy-saving effects.

In addition to the acceptance results on the 12th, Mr. You also focused on the Group's sewage treatment station and on the 13th, had a lively discussion with the Group's core members on optimization plans:
- Motor replacement: Some motor drive shafts had abnormal noises, and it was suggested to replace them with motors with an efficiency of over 95%.
- Daily maintenance and care of motors: Emphasized the importance of daily maintenance for motor energy conservation, especially the cleaning of the motor's heat dissipation outlet channels. Mr. You pointed out that if dust and debris accumulate in the heat dissipation channels for a long time, it will cause poor heat dissipation, increase the operating temperature, not only increasing energy consumption but also shortening the motor's service life.
- Cooling tower optimization: During the operation of the cooling tower, by installing heat exchangers, the waste heat discharged from the cooling tower can be used to increase the temperature of the tap water pool. This measure cuts off the waste of steam energy from the water source and achieves a virtuous cycle of "multiple uses of water and waste heat recovery".
· Air Compressor Pressure Regulation and Maintenance: By reasonably reducing the output pressure, unnecessary energy consumption can be reduced. It is particularly emphasized that regular cleaning of the heat dissipation fins of the air compressor is crucial for improving equipment efficiency, avoiding efficiency decline and increased energy consumption due to overheating, and ensuring the air compressor operates in the  condition.
· Precise DO Control in Biochemical Tanks for Energy Saving: Focusing on the precise control of DO (dissolved oxygen) in biochemical tanks, an optimized idea of achieving energy-saving operation by adjusting the frequency of the aeration fan is proposed.
At the end of the meeting, General Manager Lu Changbin expressed his sincere gratitude to Engineer You and his team for their visit and clearly stated that he would organize the technical team to implement the improvement plans, gradually bringing these energy-saving and consumption-reducing "golden ideas" into the production site and turning them into real benefits.
Every kilowatt-hour saved and every drop of water recycled cannot be achieved without the participation and efforts of every employee in the group. When energy conservation becomes a habit and consumption reduction is integrated into daily life, it not only saves real money for the group but also contributes to green development. Let the group run faster and more steadily on the track of green development. Let's look forward to a more environmentally friendly and efficient future together!
