Spring returns to the earth, and warmth fills Dongjing.
As the Year of the Horse approaches, to express gratitude to all employees, Dongjing Group and the Trade Union Committee have meticulously prepared a series of Spring Festival greetings and welfare activities, offering comprehensive New Year greetings and warmth to the employees, welcoming a peaceful new year together.
On the noon of January 22nd, the atmosphere within the group was warm and cozy, as the New Year benefits were distributed to each employee one by one. This year's benefits included selected gift boxes of olive oil, snow jujubes, and Wuchang rice, which were both healthy and practical. They not only met the daily needs but also carried the sincere gratitude of the group and the Trade Union Committee for the employees' hard work throughout the year. The employees held the benefits with smiles on their faces, and this genuine care brought a warm conclusion to a year of hard work, making the festive atmosphere even more intense. 
On the morning of January 27th, the group held a commendation ceremony to present certificates of honor and rewards to outstanding team leaders and employees. They have been performing their duties with dedication and striving for excellence on their posts, interpreting their responsibilities through hard work and writing a brilliant chapter with their achievements. This commendation not only affirms the advanced individuals but also sets a benchmark for progress, inspiring all Dongjing employees to draw strength from the role models and embark on a new journey in the new year.

On the afternoon of January 29th, Comrade Shi Jiayu, the deputy secretary of Shilu Community, Lu Zhongwan Sub-district, and Comrade Xia Yuxi, a committee member, along with Teacher Han Xiuer from Hangzhou Bay Junior High School, visited Dongjing Group to carry out a Spring Festival couplet (calligraphy) activity, jointly bringing warmth to the employees of Dongjing. At the event, Teacher Han Xiuer wielded her brush with vigor, creating a series of auspicious Spring Festival couplets on red paper; Comrade Shi Jiayu and Comrade Xia Yuxi watched the calligraphy creation, had a cordial chat with the employees, and personally presented the couplets and New Year blessings to everyone. Amidst the aroma of ink, it not only conveyed the deep friendship among the government, school, and enterprise but also demonstrated the community's concern for Dongjing Group and its employees, as well as the care and support. This activity added a rich cultural atmosphere to the Spring Festival, allowing the employees to feel the warmth of the New Year in the midst of ink and paper.

One activity after another, one care after another, and one blessing after another, these have woven together the warmth and responsibility of the collaboration among the government, school, and enterprise. With the care and support of Shilu Community, Lu Zhongwan Sub-district, this event was rich and colorful and came to a successful conclusion.
