To thoroughly implement the safety policy of "safety first, prevention foremost, and comprehensive governance", enhance the Group's emergency response capabilities for sudden incidents during confined space operations, and effectively safeguard the lives of employees and the Group's assets, on July 12th, Dongjing Group meticulously organized and carried out an emergency drill for confined space operations. This drill simulated real scenarios, covering multiple critical stages such as pre-operation preparations, incident occurrence, emergency response, on-site rescue, and subsequent handling, comprehensively testing the Group's capabilities and levels in emergency rescue for confined space operations.

During the meticulous preparatory stage, the Group attached great importance to safety management. To effectively enhance the safety awareness and operational skills of relevant personnel in confined space operations, it specially organized related technicians to participate in confined space safety training at Hangpei Safety Education and Training Center. Through professional theoretical explanations, detailed case analyses, and practical guidance, the trainees deeply learned key knowledge such as risk identification, protective measures, and emergency response for confined spaces, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent comprehensive implementation of various tasks and providing a strong skill guarantee for the smooth progress of the overall drill.

The Infrastructure and Water Affairs Department, in collaboration with technical personnel, conducted a comprehensive and detailed assessment of potential risks in confined spaces and formulated a detailed drill plan based on the assessment.

The drill assumed that during equipment maintenance in the Group's sewage treatment area, an operator failed to take proper personal safety precautions and fainted after inhaling high-concentration toxic gases. Other on-site operators immediately sent out distress signals and quickly assisted in initiating the emergency response plan for confined space operations. The emergency response team was assembled in a very short time and rushed to the accident site with professional rescue equipment.

After the incident, relevant personnel promptly set up warning signs around the accident site to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering and to avoid further expansion of the accident. Rescue personnel, equipped with professional gear, quickly entered the confined space to provide emergency rescue to the poisoned person and safely transferred them to a well-ventilated open area. Once the poisoned person was rescued, immediate  aid measures such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation were administered. The entire rescue process was tense yet orderly, with each team clearly defined their roles and worked  coordination, strictly following the emergency response plan, fully demonstrating the professional skills and practical capabilities of the Group's emergency response team.

After the drill, a summary meeting was held. Minister Zhang of the Infrastructure and Water Affairs Department emphasized that this drill was not only a practical test but also an important opportunity to enhance the Group's safety management level. All employees should take this drill as a new starting point, further enhance safety awareness, improve emergency response capabilities, and ensure rapid response and scientific rescue in the face of real accidents to minimize accident losses to the greatest extent.

In the future, the Group will continue to adhere to the concept of "life first, safe development", continuously improve the safety management system, regularly organize various emergency drills, and continuously strengthen employees' safety awareness, striving to create a safe and harmonious working environment and providing a strong guarantee for the Group's high-quality development.
